We pick one concrete workflow and work out how AI can take over parts of it. With your tasks and your business as the starting point.
The aim is that you leave with a solution you can put to use, and know how to use it.
So there is more room for what you want to spend your working days, and your life, on.
A system built around your work. We work in your setup, with your tools and your tasks. I handle the technical side along the way, and you can adjust it yourself afterwards. You leave the session with something that runs, instead of a list of things you ought to try. And with the files in your own folder, not with notes.
What moves in the week after is rarely just the hours. It is the mornings where you can stay in one task, because the follow-up runs without you.
While we sit and build together, you see how I work with AI: how to brief it, what context to give it, when it may run on its own, and when it should ask. That is the part most people take home, and the part that lets you build the next system without me.
And what we build is not a setup you finish. It is an employee you maintain and improve, and that scales with you: the same quality at three emails and at three hundred.
We log on online together. With a small Chrome extension I take over your screen, so it is like having me sit next to you: I prompt, set things up and explain as I go why I do what I do. You see what Claude gets as context, and when it may run on its own. That is the part that lets you maintain the systems yourself afterwards.
Before we meet, I have built what we need: agents, skills and plugins that fit your tasks. So we spend the two hours getting it running in your own setup, not starting from scratch.
A session lasts two hours. Some take several.
We look at your work, your week and where the time and the attention go.
We find the systems, agents and workflows that make sense, and build the most important one first.
You leave with a system in production and a plan for keeping it running.
If a session frees up five hours in your week, you do not have to fill them with more work.
Freed-up time that no one has promised away in advance gets eaten by the admin again within a month. So we start with what those hours are for. The craft, the project that keeps getting pushed, or an afternoon that ends early.
