Build AI systems that work
in your business and your everyday life

Implementation over inspiration. I build agents, skills and systems in production for companies and independents, and I teach you to build your own. Something is finished when we are done. It frees up time for the work only you can do, and for the life next to it.

Line Pihl

I'm Line. Fifteen years in performance marketing, entrepreneurship and project management, with my own company and employees, on both sides of the table. Today, agents run my businesses. Everything runs on my side first, and I share my setups and what I build for clients as I go.

Where are you?

Five levels. Click the one that looks like your week, and see your next step.

Next step: find out where the hours go, and which three agents give you the most first. Map your work on one page →
Next step: build your first agent. You don't write it, you get interviewed for it. The Agent Architect prompt →
Next step: build the next one with me, in your own setup, and learn to do it yourself along the way. About sessions →
Next step: set it up to run on its own, with a log and an alert. Scheduled tasks, Claude Code and harnesses →
This is what my own setup looks like: a headquarters in one folder, agents that read from it, and this website running through it.

Find my AI level →

Most people are at 1 or 2. The leap from 2 to 3 is the one that changes your week.

The leap from 3 to 4 and 5 is not a better tool. It is structure: instructions you own, rules that are written down, runs with a log and an alert, and finally agents that run around the clock on a harness like OpenClaw, Hermes or n8n. This is what my own setup looks like today.

One HQ, six operating systems, the agents inside each

What I build for clients. Released step by step in my upcoming online community, one system at a time, for your own setup.

Business HQ

Your business, your language and your rules in one place. A Chief of Staff that decides across projects. A weekly brief on Monday morning, a dashboard across all systems, and whatever is waiting for your yes.

The foundation · Chief of Staff · weekly brief · scheduled runs · CEO dashboard

Marketing OS

Content creation first: brief, hooks, carousels, captions and newsletter. Then the Meta ads agent and the Google ads agent, which write ad copy, brief the creatives and create the campaigns. It all works together: same brand, same language, same week.

Content agent · Meta ads agent · Google ads agent · newsletter

Sales OS

Leads scored against your ideal customer, drafts ready every morning, proposals and follow-ups in your templates.

Sales agent · proposals · Pipedrive and Apollo

E-commerce OS

SEO and GEO, so you get found in Google and in AI answers. Product copy, inventory and product maintenance. Shopify, WooCommerce and WordPress.

SEO/GEO agent · product agent · reviews

Admin OS

The inbox, the calendar and the meetings. Drafts in your own tone, minutes and follow-ups in seconds, and a clear view of who is waiting for a reply.

Mail agent · meeting agent · calendar

Finance OS

The big picture and fast answers. Invoices that land in your inbox are automatically prepared for bookkeeping in your accounting system. Nothing is booked without your yes.

Finance assistant · custom MCP

Everyday OS

The family calendar, the weekly groceries, the trip that plans itself, and the paperwork that sorts itself out in the background.

Calendar · groceries · travel · paperwork

One HQ, six operating systems, and the agents inside each. New ones are added as I go.

The tools behind the systems

You might think you need to be technical. You don't. You need to know your work, and you already do. You have delegated your whole working life before. In principle, this is the same thing. The rest we build together, one step at a time.

What each of them is hired to do →

For companies

I work across the whole company: in the departments and with the key people who need it set up. From foundation to agents rolled out. Customized plugins, built together with your own people, in your setup. You keep the authority for as long as you want, and it can become as self-running as you like, all the way to autonomous agents via OpenClaw, Hermes or n8n.

Built for clients recently: Sales agent · Finance assistant · Meeting agent · Mail agent · Content agent · Ads agent · CEO dashboard · Proposal skill

Client testimonials

“As COO of a restaurant group with four restaurants, I don't have time to experiment. I knew AI could help me, but I didn't know where to start. Line got me started. She made it concrete and useful in my everyday work, and I have gotten an incredible amount out of it. Today I'm self-sufficient. AI handles a lot of tasks for me, and it feels like I've gained a couple of skilled student assistants on the team. I would never have gotten this far on my own. If you run a busy business and want AI to work for you, call Line.” Annika Borbye Omraninejhad, COO, Tholstrup
“I've gotten Claude implemented in my business, and it has really made it easier for me to keep track of deadlines, replies, planning and finances. I've gained quite a few new clients, especially business clients, precisely because I now have the tools that make my workflow easier. Thank you for helping give me a push!” Metzy Jovel, photographer
“I went home from the working day fairly mind blown. Line helped me build a workflow for my communication and marketing in Claude, and there is no way I could have gotten that far in that little time on my own. It has already been worth more than the money.” Cathrine Lundager, consultant
“Thank you for a really good AI course last Wednesday. Kirk and I went home with a lot of new knowledge and tools to keep working with Claude, both at Svendborg Snedkeri and at Fra single til kærestestatus.” Sofie Birkkjær Vingborg, marketing coordinator, Svendborg Snedkeri
“Line is one of a kind in this field, because she understands marketing, creativity and the more technical side of AI, which scares most people off.” Cathrine Lundager, on the working day in August

Three principles I open every working day with

01

AI gets authority when the setup is strong enough.

Until then it delivers drafts for my yes. When the rules, the context and the tests are in place, and I trust it, it may act on its own.

02

What I'm testing runs as assistants. What I trust runs on its own.

New systems start as assistants with drafts. What works, I set up as autonomous agents.

03

I never repeat myself, and never the same task.

Structure beats magic. The same prompt is never written twice. Build a skill instead.

You might think you need to be technical.
You don't.

You need to know your work, and you already do.
The rest we build together, one step at a time.

What repeats itself runs on its own.
The hours go back to the core work.
And to your own life next to it.

And it is more fun than you expect, once the first system is running.

What I build for clients

Five systems in production right now. Click one to see what it does, and what you end up with.

The system: pulls the numbers from Meta and Google via Windsor.ai, flags overspend and dead conversions, and gives prioritized recommendations. It writes ad copy and creative briefs, and creates the campaigns in both Google and Meta following best practice.

You get: ads ready for review and suggestions you approve with a yes. It never changes budgets on its own.

The system: reads the threads and writes drafts in your own tone, trained on your sent mail. Connected to Slack, Trello or similar and to your client projects, so it knows your work and your clients and can give qualified answers.

You get: drafts ready to send. Nothing goes out without your approval.

The system: writes the week's brief, hooks, captions and the long version for the newsletter. Research via Apify and Firecrawl, a video editor, a B-roll system and a carousel maker in the same setup. Publishes on Instagram, X and LinkedIn via Blotato, the newsletter via Flodesk and the website via Claude Code. One thing to publish, targeted to each channel.

You get: drafts for the week's content every Sunday, ready for approval and edits.

The system: Pipedrive and Apollo as connectors. Leads are scored against your ideal customer profile. Connected to the mail agent, so the drafts are ready, and to the content agent, which posts on LinkedIn and collects leads from Meta and LinkedIn into the system.

You get: a prioritized list every morning, and drafts ready for the five that matter.

The system: an agent with a custom MCP for your accounting system. The bill from, say, your phone company is automatically filed as a voucher, and you ask for the numbers in plain language.

You get: vouchers in place without touching them, the big picture and fast answers. Nothing is booked without your yes.

Three client cases

Equity.credit

Debt collection in Denmark, Norway and Sweden. Claude Enterprise.

A sales pilot built in one day: a Claude project with ideal customer profile and tone, a Gmail connector, lead scoring, cold emails with follow-ups as drafts, and training of the team. Every user connects their own connectors with their own login, so permissions and traceability follow the individual.

One day. A team in production.

All output is delivered as drafts for approval, until the team moves the gate itself.

Punkt & Prik

Independent consultant. The whole business in one system.

A mail agent trained on 500 of her own emails, in her own tone, connected to all her systems. A project agent that ties Trello and mail together. A finance assistant with a custom MCP for her accounting system that sends invoices, books and keeps the timesheet. And content publishing, planning and management in the same setup.

Four agents. One business.

Nothing is sent or booked without her yes.

Tholstrup

Restaurant group in Copenhagen. Several restaurants, each with its own brand book.

A content system for their marketing, a mail agent in production, and a briefing system for staff and restaurants. On top of that, one plugin for the whole group with a brand profile per restaurant: role and onboarding plans, till cards, agreements, cocktail specs as vector PDFs, social content in each brand's system, Google reviews answered in the house tone, a weekly brief and an NPS report as a fixed Monday morning run. And workshops where they built it themselves.

One plugin. The whole house.

New restaurant, new brand profile. The rest is built.

Systems are not only for the work that makes money

The family calendar. Research before a big decision. The trip that plans itself. The weekly groceries. The paperwork that sorts itself out in the background.

AI for the mechanical. People for the meaningful.

Line Pihl

Behind the studio

Line Pihl. Fifteen years in performance marketing, entrepreneurship and project management, my own company with employees and large client projects, an art brand I ran and closed, and systems built for artists, consultants and companies since. That gives two perspectives at once: the one who has sold herself, and the one who has built the system for others. Working from Copenhagen and Bali.
